We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and when using BarkHQ features (dog profiles, health records, vaccination logs, reminders). We also collect standard usage data such as page views and feature interactions to improve the product.

Your data is used solely to provide and improve BarkHQ services — displaying your dog's health records, sending reminders, and personalising your experience. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your dog's health data to third parties. Full stop.

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authenticated users and authorised BarkHQ team members only.

If you are located in the EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a full export of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@barkhq.app and we will respond within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data and dog health records are permanently deleted within 30 days.

BarkHQ uses only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of BarkHQ after notification constitutes acceptance.
